This book is so easy to use! I loved using it in my homeschool plans.

What can I say, Joyce has done it again! Pre-Happy Meal toys were always a mystery, and people never had a real idea of what they were all about. But now, thanks to this book, the mystery has now been eliminated. There are pictures of just about anything and everything that you could imagine. There are even McDonald's Newspaper Articles and Advertisements from the 50's through the 70's. The details on these toys and giveaways are VERY thorough and VERY accurate. This book brings fun, and gives you more to look for to expand your McCollection!

This book is a must for McDonalds collectors! The photos and descriptions have been a great asset to me in cataloguing my collection of McDonalds toys. An absolutely fabulous book!

My son loves these soldiers. There are 22 historically-researched characters, with names and affiliations attached, either French or English. They are very colorful and he thinks they are a BIG step up from the usual plastic soldiers. Make believe at its best for the precocious child whose creative play goes a step beyond the norm.

This book is packed with great ideas for each month of the year. There are patterns, poems, and activities for 24 different themes. The poems for beginning the year and ending the year are wonderful. This is a valuable resource for any primary teacher. It's a great book!

I have traveled to 25 countries and always take this with me. It is very compact and light. It holds up well when traveling sometimes in the worst of conditions. Most of the maps are two pages and they fold together nicely. Bottom line if you go traveling take something like this with you. It is a great conversation starter and you can easily show people where you live in relation to them.
