My baby really liked this book. The pop-up surprise at the end is great. The little penguin is terrific in 3-D. I hope there will be a little penguin book in the future where all the pages are 3-D.

If you have a baby that likes to grab things, you'd want to keep them from tearing up the pop-up page. The paper quality is good, but not as durable as a board book.

This is a great and easy book to use. My 4 and 5 year old love it. My 5 year old has to help the 4 year old a little, but it has kept them both busy. The instructions on how to draw things are easy and you can do it in the activity book or on your own paper. We like enough to give it as a gift to one of our friends kids.

A friend bought this book and the "Old MacDonald had a Farm" from the same series by Silver Dolphin Books. My one-year-old LOVES it and keeps playing the tunes too. She points at it on the shelf for us to get it out. We cannot leave her unattended with it or she will tear out the pull ups. The best books I have ever seen for kids!

We checked this out of the library until they wouldn't let us have it anymore! So now we've bought it.

My son LOVES this book, he enjoys lifting the flaps to find the puppy, he's even learned a few new words from it like "hiding!"" and "Boo!"

This book is beautifully illustrated and very sweet with the mother and child relationship as the Mother dog searches the house for her hiding puppy.

These are so much fun to play with! My 7 yr old loves them. The "100 pack" comes 10 pieces per 10 different colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, brown, black, white and pink. They are a half inch by a half inch square with a little nobule on one side. They link together well except for the brown ones which are just a little looser than the other colors, but it's not real noticable. A different side has a hole going thru it to lace them together as well. (The box they came in labeled them as "Lacing Links") You can make all kinds of inventions with them or just kind of meditatively put them together creating little interesting shapes or whatever. I'd recommend them to anyone! It does come with educational type "game" instructions for teaching math or patterns or whatever, but you could simply put them in the middle of the floor and have fun and learn it all as you go. It's a very cool toy.

I have looked everywhere for materials to help me teach my 11th graders the novels that are required, but still meet the content standards for Florida. Everything from the vocabulary activities to the post-reading activites are great. I would recommend this guide to all teachers--much better than Teacher Created Materials.

I am homeschooling a first grader and we are so enjoying this book and making the "pockets" and filling them with projects! For each of the Caldecott winner books that you read, there is a section with art and crafty little assignments you do to add to each pocket. My 5 year old is quite proud of each new addition.

This is a great book for anyone with an interest in teddy bears and their history. A handbook of teddy bear information. Turly a must for anyone new to teddy bear collecting. One of the best features of this petite volumn is a chronologically ordered list of all events concering teddy bears, including dates which are important prior to their first creation in 1902. Very nice selection of B/W photos. Glad to have this book in my teddy bear book library.

This book is good for in the classroom as well as to send home with the students to practice at home. The kids can trace and write words that could be common in kinder level writing.

Although you might think of this book as intended for children because of its size and subject, "The Littlest Teddy Bear Book" is really for adults. The quotes throughout talk of everyone's favorite childhood toy, their teddy bear, and how we miss him.

And the accompanying illustrations fit the quotes they're paired with perfectly. Their emotions run the gamut from sad to happy.

I highly recommend "The Littlest Teddy Bear Book" to every adult.
