As with many of the new Star Trek (Classic, Enterprise, TNG, DS9) figures from Diamond Select, this figure demonstrates excellent
accuracy and attention to detail. Picard's face, uniform and accessories are all extremely accurate to Star Trek: First Contact
and this figure pairs well with many of the Diamond Select/Art Asylum characters in Star Trek: Nemesis attire. Diamond Select
never disappoints!

Deanna Troi: Excellent Likeness of Star Trek's Favorite Empath

This action figure is an excellent likeness of actress Marina Sirtis as 'Star Trek: The Next Generation"'s half-human, half-empathic
Betazoid counselor, Deanna Troi. Her casual uniform, as depicted on this figure, can be seen through the middle years of
"The Next Generation"'s seven-year run (1987-1994).
Its accessories are a milkshake (I'm not quite sure why), a tricorder, and a figure stand. All in all, I highly recommend this figure as a welcome addition to any Star Trek collector's treasure trove or to any action figure collector who expects high production quality in return for his/her investment.
5 stars of 5.
P.S. As a side note, there is a variant of this figure also available, as Deanna Troi is featured in her casual uniform from the middle years of the program.

Very nicely done figure. Likeness to Levar Burton is high. If your a TNG fan who collects figures than this is a "must have."

A Must Have for all Teachers!

Laura Robb's book is a tremendous and indispensable tool in the classroom. Robb gives clear examples and personal experiences
from real classrooms of how differentiation (teaching different students at different levels using a variety of reading material
and assignments)can and must be considered first and foremost as teachers develop and implement lessons.
Robb's passion for teaching shines in this book as she describes her teaching adventures. As found on page 66 of the book, Robb writes, as a student connects to the lesson, "Wow! I thought to myself and mentally waltzed around the room. Yes, these students got it!" This inspirational writing generates excitement for all teachers and creates the desire to go into the classroom and try it out for themselves so they too may "waltz" through their classrooms engaging each and every one of their students!

Dinosuar Hide-and-Seek is an adorable interactive book that any child would love.
First, you have the dinosaurs - every page turn greets the reader with a new dino. What a great way to introduce young children to different types of dinosaurs!
Second, you have the game - what child doesn't enjoy a game of hide-and-seek?
Third, the book is interactive. On each two page spread a flap hides a little surprise.
Fourth, the illustrations are colorful, appealing to young children (mine like them), humorous in spots, and entertaining to look at on their own.
I would recommend this book to anyone with a young child. I can see kids asking to read it together and alone repeatedly. I know mine do.

This board book is chock-full of brightly colored dinosaurs that will enchant preschoolers. Little ones are easily entranced
by these prehistoric creatures and love to pronounce their multisyllabic names. Diplodocus, stegosaurus, opthalmosaurus and
ouranosaurus are spelled out, along with the pronunciations of their names in this delightful, simple story.
Makes a memorable
and inexpensive gift.

I bought this first as a gift for a friend's child and like it so much that I'm buying another box for my own son. The stiff
board cards are quite durable and a great way to play the memory game with a child who is learning his numbers. Besides, its
a terrific way to just spend some one on one time with your little ones

My 5 year old son loves this puzzle game! He has so much fun putting his own silly sentences together, and the puzzle pieces
are oriented in a way that reinforces good sentence structure without a burdensome "lesson". ;)
I appreciate its ease of use (enclosed directions and color coding of verbs, adjectives, prepositions, etc.), which make comprehension easier and more natural for our new reader.
