This is a "quartet" game of playing cards that have been printed with composers' portraits, biographical narrative and the titles of 52 musical works. The cards are also illustrated with musical notation showing themes from each of the 52 compositions.

The Classical & Romantic "COMPOSERS CARD GAME" cards are gathered into "books" of four by each player, as with "Authors" card game. Thirteen of the major European composers of Western classical music of the 18th and 19th centuries are featured. Most of these great composers studied or lived, at one time or another, in either Leipzig or Vienna. Their music spans the late Baroque, the "Age of Enlightenment" Classical style, and the Romantic era.

This is an excellent family card game about music history. It can be enjoyed by just about any age from 8 to adult.

This book covers most of the Corgi toys that were available in my childhood.This book brings back memories.So many colour photos shows so many Corgi toys.

If you are a collector or just love looking back through your childhood memories then this book is inexpensive and will impress you.

Wow! This is a fabulous resource for teachers. Comes with dvd of suggestions for teachers, resources to download (when dvd is used in computer), video of Lester reading Saturdays and Teacakes, video of Lester giving commentary about why he chose to use certain craft techniques and language. It really helps students see that the craft of writing is purposeful. My students tried many of his craft techniques as a result.

This book covers the subject of cribbage in a depth not usually achieved.It has great pictures and is very informative. Whether you play cribbage and wanted to know the history or you are a collecter of cribbage boards then this is a definative guide to changing styles. A must have by anyones standards

Theater is beautifully printed on heavy stock. Fairly easy to cut out & put together. Although this was an adult toy in the fairly distant past,older kids will love the drama opportunities. Wish an outline of the actual play script was included. Will hunt for that next. Lots of room for creativity. Amazon prompt as always. Really unique product!!

This is an incredible Oz creation. You make your own theater which is pretty simple and it comes with an Oz curtain and different Oz backdrops for different scenes in the story. You also get a whole cast of Oz characters including Dorothy, Scarecrow, Tin Man, Lion and Toto too. It takes about a day to make and let dry but it's worth the wait..trust me! It's an incredible idea and it looks absolutely beautiful when done. It has hours of fun in it and it looks great on display. For the Oz lovers and soon to be...whoever...they'll enjoy this wonderful gift for a lifetime! Don't ait another minute people, buy this! =0) Long time Oz fan*

These are very attractive, colorful flying models. They are relatively easy to cut and assemble. You get 8 for a modest cost. This is a great deal. And what's even more amazing is that even after my boy (4 years old now) has played with one of these for 6 months and has really beaten it up -- it still flies!! What you might have to do for a few of them is to place a paper clip or two in spots to help balance the UFO so it flies in a straighter path. My son truly loves these. He even asked me to make one for his favorite cousin because he wanted to share his joy. Buy this!

Very useful for differentiating instruction. Good for VGLA (for teachers in VA). I have the complete series including the Science and Language Arts. Love all three books!
