I purchased this for my son who is now 4 months old. This is the first book that he started to actually look at and he loves it!. The real life pictures are of excellent quality and the book is very soft. I also like the rhyming text and response/interaction questions on each page. I am looking to purchase the whole set!

Good book for toddlers! I bought this book in addition to 'Whose Toes Are Those' and 'Whose Knees Are These'. My daughter enjoyed all of these books and they helped her to learn additional parts of her body aside from the basic ones (eyes, ears, nose, etc.) that you find in most books. She particularly loves the page that refers to fingers doing the Itsy Bitsy Spider and counting 1-2-3. This is one of her favorite books.

The author, Clinton Derricks, has meticulously researched his topic. That he is a Black American only adds to the book's authenticity.

The lavish illustrations and the obvious love and care that have gone into its production make this book an essential for all golliwog collectors.

As a collector I always hoped that someone would write an illustrated and accurate book on cast iron automotive toys. This book, more than fulfills my expectations. A must for anyone who collects. A must for anyone who played with these toys as a child. This is how books on collectibles should be written. It is not only a history of the subject but an encyclopedic account of the toys, their catalogs, and their accessories.Well done Schiffer and the Outwaters!

This was recommended to me by a montessori teacher soon to develop his own website. The book is truly great for the at home mom. The activities are simple but do the same job as the ones in the school and everything is explained. How to make the materials and exactly how to deliver the lesson. It also has a great bibliography with many ideas. This book should be reprinted it is very useful and does not overwhelm the mom that does not have the montessori training the teachers have. Great to prepare your child while waiting to get into a school.

Great game! Our family loves any version of the Authors playing cards. We have learned while having fun! The kids have read many books that they wouldn't have if it weren't for knowing about them from the game.
